A sad song that I never heard~~~~

Lately, I was being introduced by my friend to hear this song. She said this song was composed by a 17 years old girl who contaminated with skin cancer due to family genetic and now she passed away ed.. She composed this song because of her bf before she leaving.
The first time I hear this song, it doesn't make me feel like wanna cry as I was doing another thing while listening to this song. It is recomended to listen without doing anything and please concentrate in listening the lyrics of this song. If you're an emotional person, it really will makes you cry. I bet you~~~ xD
